Historic Majorcan Charm
Step into timeless elegance at this restored 1919 estate, set on a hilltop overlooking Petra. Built with thick stone walls and adorned with antique furniture, exposed beams, and stone-lined interiors, this 270 m² home blends history with modern comfort. Spread across two floors, it offers four spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms, and a warm living-dining area with a fireplace, perfect for gathering after a day of exploring. The fully equipped kitchen makes cooking a delight, while oil central heating ensures year-round comfort.
Private Outdoor Escape
Surrounded by 20,000 m² of countryside, the villa invites you to unwind in complete privacy. Wander through manicured gardens shaded by mature trees, enjoy long afternoons on the furnished porch, or take a refreshing dip in the 10x5m pool. With sun loungers, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower, the home is designed for both relaxation and shared moments. From sunrise views to evenings under the stars, every detail of the estate encourages a slower, more mindful pace.
Ideal Petra Location
Just 3 km from Petra’s charming streets, cafés, and local shops, the home offers easy access to authentic Majorcan life.
